1. Acceptance
The Koh Chang Community app ("the app") is operated by BAAL Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"), Urban Village, Building D2208, 22nd Floor, Unit 08, Hun Sen Boulevard, Prek Tanou Village, Sangkat Chak Angrae Lue, Khan Mean Chey, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old to use the app. By using it you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Community standards — zero tolerance for objectionable content
The app lets people post content and message one another. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You agree not to post, send, or share anything that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, discriminatory, fraudulent, spam, or that infringes another person’s rights. You will not impersonate others or attempt to circumvent safety features. Accounts that breach these standards may be suspended or removed.
4. Reporting and blocking
Every member can report content or people, and can block another user, from within the app. We review reports and act on them — including removing content and ejecting users who violate these terms. If you see something that breaks the rules, please report it.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant Koh Chang Community a licence to host and display your content within the app so it can function. You are responsible for your own content and messages. We may remove content that breaches these terms.
6. Businesses, listings and orders
Business listings, deals and service requests (such as taxi, parcel, food or hotel) are provided by their respective businesses and members. Koh Chang Community is a platform that connects people; we are not a party to any transaction and do not guarantee any service, price or availability.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who breaches these terms or misuses the app. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time from the account settings.
8. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Koh Chang Community is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app or from interactions with other members or businesses.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
