Kavarna Residence

matcha latte good, cheesecake very good, chairs a bit uncomfortable for a long sit

Quiet in the mornings, fan going, good espresso. Perfect place to hide from the heat and answer emails

Thai iced coffee here is dangerous, had two. Staff lovely with our toddler.
